You must provide proof from a previous employer or clinical program of 16 hours of nursing home experience

Acceptable proof
Email the Acceptable proof of 16 hours of nursing home experience. Listed below are the acceptable proof. Please email one of the following:
1. previous nursing home employment. Example paycheck stub, letter from employer, job description etc.
2. previous clinical skills Example letter or transcript of previous completion of the CNA course or Fundamentals of Nursing course
3. previous listed on an abuse registry
23 CNA skills review
After submitting proof of previous experience, you can sign up to review the skills. This will allow you the opportunity to practice any of the 23 lab skills in the testing room and ask questions.
THIS IS NOT REQUIRED
