16 hOUR CLINICALS SIGN UP
Flexible Schedules
Clinicals is required for the CNA program. The 16 hours will be done in two days. We will meet at a local nursing home at 7am and will leave at 3pm. Please be prepared to stay for the whole time. You must wear a white uniform top and bottom both days of clinicals. Close toe and heal shoes are required. To sign up for clinicals You must email or bring in the following items to:

1. Shot record to include
Hepatitis B shot
TB skin test results with in 1 year
Covid-19 vaccination (if available) this is optional
2. Driver's License
3. Social Security Card.
4. Background Check
Once all items are received you will be placed on the next clinical rotation. You will receive an email with your clinical dates and location. Clinicals rotate once a month.
